Description

Under general direction, is responsible for IT process improvement with a focus on changes at the enterprise-level. Aligns IT processes and technology solutions with business strategies and data-driven guidance with a view to improving the overall customer experience. Demonstrates an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and works with diverse stakeholder roles at all levels to gain consensus. Essential Job Functions

  •  Identifies key data sources for IT service delivery and related operational functions and develops and implements strategies to address gaps in integration and ensure full value capture.
  •  Works with data from a variety of systems and sources and is able to produce and manage high quality data sets to communicate opportunities and needs.
  •  Implements cleanups, automation, or elimination of data sets as necessary to improve data governance and value for the organization.
  •  Analyzes current IT solutions and identifies opportunities for automation and enhanced workflows with a focus on improving customer experience and eliminating non-value-added effort.
  •  Leads cross-functional requirement building and user story development focused on enhancing User Experience (UX) and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
  •  Proactively identifies opportunities for new products, platforms, and tools via data analysis and promotes data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
  •  Maintains strong relationships with with customers, stakeholders, IT service delivery teams, and executive staff while effectively managing change.
  •  Fosters a collaborative approach with stakeholders at all levels.
  •  Understands audit processes and develops responses to audit findings
