Job Description:

  • The Enterprise Agile Coach is responsible for supporting and guiding teams in their Agile journey, promoting Agile principles, values, and practices.
  • The role involves working closely with teams, management, and other stakeholders to facilitate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Transformation:Lead and facilitate the Agile transformation process within the organization.Assess current Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement Agile strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Coaching and Training:Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to increase understanding and adoption of Agile practices.Support the development of Agile competency across the organization.
  • Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and self-organizing culture among Agile teams.Encourage cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.Help teams to remove impediments and improve their delivery capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.Identify and implement improvements to Agile processes and practices.Monitor and measure key Agile metrics to track progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with Agile principles.Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.Build strong relationships with leadership to gain support for Agile initiatives.
  • Conflict Resolution:Mediate and resolve conflicts within teams or between team members.Promote a positive and open environment for addressing issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Education

Any Graduate
