Enterprise Architect

Day 1 onsite position

Skills : Experience working in retail or retail adjacent is a must for consideration. Experience working with SAP, MS Dynamics, Lawson, Epicor, or Oracle ERP, in addition to e-Commerce and/or supply chain platforms.

Job Summary

This position is open to remote work with availability to work West Coast hours. Selected candidates must be able to travel to Anaheim, California and surrounding Southern California areas, as needed.
The role of the Enterprise Architect is to enable business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization across the enterprise and all businesses within Group Gonzalez. Furthermore, the enterprise architect provides technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices. 
Experience working in retail or retail adjacent is a must for consideration. Experience working with SAP, MS Dynamics, Lawson, Epicor or Oracle ERP, in addition to e-Commerce and/or supply chain platforms in critical. The ideal candidate will be an experienced technologist with deep technology experience balanced with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience/Skills

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field or equivalent work experience

Knowledge & Experience

Eight or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations in the retail sector.
Leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
Requires exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture, business re-engineering principles and processes, and basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting
