Enterprise Architect

Additional Responsibilities:

• Review and challenge vendor solutions; solicit input from Client technical leads for each system.
• Predict and communicate risks & potential project pitfalls (technical or not) to Client project leadership & vendor before they occur.
• Ensure work being executed by vendor and Client team aligns with agreed design and architectural principles.
• Ensure work is being done with quality.
• Conduct system architecture reviews and provide expertise on potential technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and maintain high security and privacy standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Manage the technical risks associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years at the architect level.
• Has successfully led this type of large, enterprise-wide transformation project multiple times and knows the right questions to ask.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ platforms a MUST; Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience and expertise in Data warehouse technologies (front and back end) are a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Tier 1 vendors.
