Enterprise Architect

The currently identified major work activities are as follows:
1) IT Roadmap - Document the AS-IS IT landscape and create the To-Be architecture landscape
2) Architecture Review Board (ARB) - update the ARB charter and provide recommendations for improvements
3) Technology Governance Board (TGB) - Create TGB charter and support the establishment of TGB governance
4) Technology Stack - Gather the existing technology stack (Tech Stack) information and support Tech Stack publishing
5) Reference Architecture – Create the reference architecture for Business, Cloud, Application, Integration, and Technology Architecture
6) EA Tool - Provide support to the configuration and EA best practices, including support for the following:
i) Technology Reference Model (TRM)
ii) Application Portfolio Management (APM)
iii) Business Capabilities
iv) Business Value Chain
v) Others, as applicable and identified
