Job Description:- 
Not looking for GO live or Training Analyst 

·        Must be Ambulatory Certified
·        Musty have strong experience developing SmartForms and CER Rule experience 
Need Epic Ambulatory certified analysts with SmartForms, Health Maintenance, and CER Rule experience. 
These positions will be responsible for building/validating multiple SmartForms for case management encounters.
This includes formatting and scripting all questions, answer options, and associated logic
