Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Act as the primary EPMO program manager/project manager for the Asset Management

Platform project, unifying systems and business processes across the Asset

Management and Investor Solutions teams

* Be the primary Relationship Manager for all Asset Management technology and

systems needs and ensure they are organized and prioritized

* Working as a liaison with the business and data solutions teams to ensure

systems, data and reporting meet ORIX and investor requirements

* Act as team lead and/or individual contributor to ensure projects are delivered

within budget and schedule commitments

* As team lead, if required, oversee other team resources, management of work

and prioritization

* Working with all areas of the enterprise including application and database

developers, business analysts, product leads, relationship managers

* Ensure proper project planning, status reporting, milestone management, scope

management, resource forecasting, financial management, change

management. Ensure project dependencies are managed, prioritized, and

eJectively communicated

* Prioritizes projects, requests and planning work for eJective risk and change

management

* Acts as Subject Matter Expert for any questions or issues in the project and Asset

Management

* Acts as a project leader, driving project progress, leading teamwork, and

supporting the project team members to succeed in their roles and

responsibilities

Education, Skills & Experience Required

* Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in Finance, Management or

Business preferred

* Experience and knowledge of financial systems, database management

* Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies and tool (ex. Azure

DevOps, Service Now, JIRA)

* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to learning the business,

systems, and processes

* Identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on

options, risks, and costs of technology solutions vs benefits

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, program

management, financial industry is preferred.

* Good relationship management skills. Strong and demonstrated ability to build

lasting relationships with key stakeholders

* Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations

* Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions,

issues, dependencies

* Proven and successful experience of project delivery

* Be able to track the deliverables and milestones closely, bring to the attention of

the client and all stakeholders of the priorities. Manage scope, schedule, and

budget

* Knowledge of profit accountability with an understanding of controlling project

costs and budgets

* Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and

resource planning

* Proficient IT skills in PMO tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADO, Smart Sheet,

Service Now, etc.

* Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable

resolutions

* Experience with financial services and asset management related systems (ex Allvue products, Everest, WSO) and data solutions (Power BI, SQL)

* Focus on our customer relationships and impact on our customer service

* Leadership qualifications and encouraging team empowerment and

* Experience within a regulated environment

* Experience work with financial data and understanding the importance of data

for successful project outcomes
