ERP Finance Solutions Architect

This role will focus on Solution Transformation & Implementation of ERP solutions for the office of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This individual will be responsible for partnering with the business and the leadership team to drive Finance transformation to SAP S/4 HANA. The ability to design effective solutions in the finance space, execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the business units, IT leaders, and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet enterprise quality standards. Finance Architect’s Lead Responsibilities: • Finance Solution Lead will be responsible for building applications roadmap for finance and revenue management solutions. • Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supporting applications. • Build, lead and manage a team, along with the associated processes to deliver finance initiatives across ERP platform. • Ability to design and deliver integrated solutions with industry best practices of SAP S4HANA Cloud solution. • Good understanding of financial data and help in migration. • This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed finance solution architecture and implementation. • Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution. • In close partnership with Finance and Engagement & Billing teams, this position is responsible for the implementation of standardized business processes across the organization and ensuring that they are maintained and adhered to consistently. • Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. • Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders. • The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the finance solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization. • Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support. Minimum Qualifications: • Experienced in delivering large scale ERP / SAP Implementation • Experience in professional services industry with full life cycle implementations • Minimum 15 years’ experience in SAP Finance application delivery • 3+ years’ experience in S4/HANA implementation and delivery • Experience in professional services processes for revenue recognition, intercompany transfers and other core finance processes including integrations with project systems and engagement management. • Should have master skills in Functional Architecture Design and Financial Analysis. • Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design • Should be proficient in Business Analysis. • Flexibility to travel locally and internationally. • Bachelor’s Degree Ideally, You’ll Also Have: • MBA or Master’s degree • Experience in working in core finance and accounting. • Experience in implementing SAP in professional services industry.
