This role will focus on Business Transformation, Business Process Optimization and Solution for the office of the CTO.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
This role needs to work from NJ Office with flexibility to work remotely some of the time with the expectation of some travel.

•             Strong experience in Professional Services Domain
•             In depth understanding of Client, Opportunity, Pricing, Budgeting, Engagement Forecasting and Resource Management domain.
•             Business and Enterprise Architecture knowledge across various platforms like Salesforce, IntApp, S4 HANA, Service Now and other SaaS based solutions.

Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Lead Responsibilities:

•             Overall Business workshop design, setup, and execution on topics of Pricing, Forecasting, Resource Management, and impacted areas.
•             Driving Business Process and Design Thinking workshops to discover the user pain points and problems. Establish Process Benchmarks.
•             Building framework for Process validations and experience by personas in client management business processes.
•             Deliver Outcomes of the overall design thinking and assessment process including Future User Journeys, roadmap, Ux Design, wireframes, Product Backlog, and platform recommendations.
•             Work with Business Engagement Lead, Service Lines and Finance Team to understand and optimize the process using Automations and Artificial Intelligence.
•             Ability to design and deliver integrated solution with industry best practices of various cloud-based solutions.
•             Good understanding of customer, engagement, project, pricing, and resourcing data.

Desired Skills and Experience

•             Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or engineering.
•             Experienced in delivering and supporting in large scale business transformation for Lead, Client, Opportunity, Pricing, Resource Management solutions.
•             Experience in professional services industry with business transformation and full life cycle implementation for Client to Contract and Lead to Opportunity and Engagement Management solutions.
•             Minimum 15 years’ experience in application delivery in professional services and accounting industry.
•             Extensive experience in business process reimagination and conducting workshops.
