ERPNext Developer

Korecent is seeking a skilled and motivated ERPNext Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. As ERPNext Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and improving the core functionalities of the ERPNext platform.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Feature Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and test new features and functionalities within the ERPNext core codebase.
2. Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve issues reported by users or discovered during testing to ensure a stable and reliable software platform.
3. Code Optimization: Review and optimize existing code for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.
4. Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
5. Technical Design: Contribute to technical discussions and decisions, providing input on system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
6. Documentation: Document your work, including code changes, APIs, and technical guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software.
8. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
9. Performance Testing: Collaborate with QA engineers to conduct performance testing and optimize code to ensure smooth system operation even under high loads.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on development experience with Frappe/ERPNext.
3. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development.
4. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
