End client: Truist 

Required skills:
Primary Technical Skills: ETL Architect – Talend. 
•            Hands-on experience with a wide range of data-related technologies -
o            Data management, Data Integration and design principles using Talend
o            SQL/NoSQL databases, Oracle, Hive, Netezza
o            Big data – Hadoop, Sqoop, Hive, Spark
o            XML, Python, AWS Cloud.
•            Data modeling and design, Metadata Management
•            Translating business requirements into an effective data solution
•            Monitoring and optimizing the data infrastructure.
•            Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations
•            Setting a data governance policy
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·        Must have the experience of leading team in Onsite/ Offshore model.
·        Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments.
·        Ability to lead and develop complex technical solution and design.
