Long-term Contract

Senior Database Developer to help engineer rules and database solution for the Firm's executive compensation platform as well as comp service applications including new hire replacement awards processing, comp plan workflow, and tax processing for payment and distribution.

Skills Required

Experience in distributed computing environment, relational database design and development - Strong Informatica/ETL background- Strong Database skills with understanding of Sybase, SQL, DB2 and relational databases with ability to analyze and understand data- Experience in SQL optimization and performance tuning- Understanding of Unix/Linux Environment, and hands-on development with shell scripting and PERL programming, - Experience with version control tools (GIT) and change management processes- Excellent organization and communication skills- Ability to balance competing priorities between project and non-project work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
