JD: 
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
· Good communication skills with strategic thinking on QA solution and implementation.
· Good in Bigdata/Hadoop Ecosystem – Hive, Spark, Sqoop · Very good ETL & Data Warehousing knowledge should have hands on experience in writing complex SQL scripts.
· Working Experience on DB's like Teradata, SQL server, Oracle etc.
· As an QA lead capability to handle client stake holders, interact with client and vendor project team members at onsite and coordinate with offshore resources in India.
· Perform system testing on the incremental data by using CDC and SCD concepts and develops Scripts using SQL Mappings · Prepare Test strategy, Test Plan and provided the overview of testing approach to the project team · Take the bottom-line responsibility ownership of entire QA trac

Detailed Job Description:
We needed profile with strong candidate in Bigdata and ETL test Lead role with minimum of 8+ years of experience As a Specialized Test Lead - Practitioner, 
you will participate in onsite-offshore interactions as required, prepare and submit daily status reports to supervisor and provide timely updates for project trackers on the module assigned. 
You will work with onsite and offshore teams for deliverables, reporting, Client interaction, demos, review of defects, Handle or support defect triaging. 
You will review mapping documents for Data testing based on client SME inputs, review demos of existing systems and through discussions with supervisor. 
You will support preparation of the Requirements Traceability Matrix using Testing Requirements Engineering process and tools. 
You will support the creation of non-functional requirement documents by creating specifications based on client SME inputs, reviewing demos of existing systems and through discussions with supervisor. 
You will follow quality standards prescribed by the client or portfolio manager and adhere to established Testing process and methodology. 
You will work with the client/stakeholders to implement best practices around testing for better quality and provide support to Test strategy by giving valuable inputs on the test data and test data validation approach. 
You will provide Support for Test Strategy preparation using knowledge of requirements, testing environment, risk-based testing strategies, tools to be used and non-functional attributes (like scalability, interoperability, portability), data models and principles of Test Strategy. 
You will define test strategy, POV, guidelines that can defined for all kinds of testing in the Package life cycle. 
You will identify Test scenarios needed for Test plan, develop test scripts and review test scripts created by junior members.
