Description for Internal Candidates:


 

· Office Facilities Co-ordination for all Ascendion North America and other Offices.

· Update Internal Dashboard - Lease management tracker file with contract as well as with headcount data and keep it real time.

· Assist in tracking Rent payment against contracts and submit to AP atleast 7 days prior to month end.

· Share project status tracker of each office progress to manager and Director of Facilities.

· Parking management to match with invoices and resources

· General Vendors Co-ordination

· Collaborate and work with IT during new office move in making sure all work is completed prior to the move in date.

· Conduct frequent audit to verify that the rent payment is matching with lease agreement.

· Assist in identifying new properties for Collabera branch offices, work with facilities manager in identifying the ideal property for each location.

· Assist in ordering new office supplies when a new office is opened and do the necessary vendor coordination so that the supplies are delivered and installed prior to the actual move-in date.

· Invoice submissions to AP – payments co-ordination

· Well verse in Excel, Auto CAD, Project Management trackers

· Eager to learn new things and continue to bring innovative ideas and trends from industry

· Excellent business communication skills
