• Assist in identification and evaluation of Vendors and Trainers ensuring effective training.
• Analyze and identify training and development needs and share inputs with HR manager.
• Collaborate with other stake holders and managers in understanding training requirements and present required reports.
• Assist in Developing and implementing learning programs as per goals and targets set in PMS.
• Ensure training feedback, progress, effectiveness is documented and shared with respective managers.
• Be on top of changes in employment related acts and suggest timely action to stay aligned with those changes
• Co-ordinate with compliance agencies and vendors for regular audit and make sure that we comply with all Statutory regulations
• Assist in ensuring HR administration processes
• Manage employee records and files
• Manage employee Attendance, Leave, payroll and benefits
• Should be able to assist the HR Manager in all HR related activities.

Skills

• coordinating successful completion of trainings programs. • Maintain all training related data like training needs, trainers, feedback and assessment scores etc. Also prepare weekly and monthly reports. • Provide logistical support (book conference rooms/send emails to managers or trainers), course development, delivery, evaluation its effectiveness measurements • Assist in Internal trainer identification and development. Also, when required act as an internal trainer for soft skills/ interpersonal communication topics. • Interact with recruitment team to facilitate the on-boarding process and documentation • Co-ordinate with Insurance Providers, ESI, Hospitals and other service providers for effective delivery of medical needs and other insurance related requirement • Guide and help associates for ESI, Mediclaim, medical checkup and insurance claims • Track Attendance, Leaves and shift rosters of all employees and prepare payroll input • Work with compliance vendor for regular audit • Keep company compliant with all employment related acts with help of manager. • Track effectiveness of HR policies and process and suggest changes • Assist in modifying HR policies and process • Facilitating, coordinating with various stake holders, Employees, Consulate and US-HR and Admin Team for successful completion of Visa and travel activity • Co-ordinate exit formalities and maintain required records • Co-ordinate for all purchases pertaining to HR & admin departments • Handle the entire gamut of general administration activities such as house-keeping, pantry, transport and travel and help during company events. • Willingness to actively participate in other functions of Human Resources as and when guided by the HR Manager
