Responsibilities:

Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to LLA team members.
Document processes and create clear process maps.
Collaborate with LLA stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Extensive experience in IT operations with a strong focus on process improvement.
Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the telecommunications industry.
Previous experience with Liberty Latin America or similar organizations.
Project management experience.
