Facets Business Analyst – Claims

Must-Have Experience:
- 7-10 years of IT experience.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst in Facets Claims processing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in gathering, documenting, and building requirements, as well as building and tracking project plans.
- Ability to be the voice for the Claims teams in large implementation meetings, demonstrating hashtag#SME knowledge in Facets and Claims processing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with client-facing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Build and track project plans to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Act as the primary representative for the Claims teams in large implementation meetings.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Facets and Claims processing to support project goals.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project success.
