Job Description:
Facilities experience is a plus, Facilities Coordinator experience is a huge plus. Construction facilities experience (IE project coordination) is generally a good fit. SSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage facilities within Jacksonville, FL reporting to Local Manager on his/her duties.
Provide employees with their facility related needs, ensuring their productivity is optimally maintained.
Support space allocations or relocations to meet organizational growth.
Support managing to a high level of performance in all areas of office services, shipping and receiving, food and beverage, safety & security, EH&S, waste management and operations/maintenance.
Support addressing building emergencies such as plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical systems, building health, etc.
Act as secondary interface with property management.
Manage facilities vendor relationships; ensuring work is being performed to scope.
Support on preventive maintenance schedules for all building equipment, including facilities related equipment in computer rooms.
Assist in implementing and monitoring corporate safety programs including EH&S, emergency response and evacuation planning.
Other Facility/Security related items as they arise and pertain to the building.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
Assist to site remains compliant with all Genpact policies and procedures.
Ensure employees work is compliant with all safety codes, follows the objectives, physical requirements, parameters, and constraints of the project, including not only the user's functional needs but also health and safety, operation, maintenance, energy efficiency, quality standards, contextual issues, and aesthetics.
Works closely with other departments and administration
Elaborate Monthly Seats Utilization Report
Elaborate, submit and follow up Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and approving Invoices Receiving/ Payment;
Keep Vendors and Assets data base updated;
Support and follow up AP SSC to keep Accrual Tracker correct and updated;
Support/ Escort Auditors visits, providing information and evidences requested;
Education:
BS/BA degree in related discipline
CHMM, FMP, CFM, and/or PMP certification a plus.
Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or combination of experience and education/training.
At least two (2) years of related experience managing a facility.
Practical experience and knowledge managing systems in a regulated environment.

Team player, hands on and ager to learn and continue career in Facilities
Proper handling and management of hazardous waste and waste vendors.
Applies analytical and business communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to organize, prioritize, work and meet deadlines
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside the organization and gain their cooperation.
Commit to organizational or team objectives and company policies.
Has good general knowledge of other related disciplines.
Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel Software
