Minimum Educational Req: A degree in a relevant engineering, science, or design

Years of Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar or related position

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

●        Provide technical support to the sales function from the pre-sales stage to post-sales

●        Support sales through designing and delivering technology training to the team

●        Design and develop the techno commercial BOM for S.I’s

●        Compile, compare and analyze the technical specifications of different products in the segment

●        Study and provide inputs related to competitor products

●        Periodic site visits to inspect S.I’s installation & helps them to improve on the quality of installation

●        Assist R&D for technical queries/development of new products

●        Understand customer requirements and provide design and solutions accordingly

●        Coordinate with MARCOM team to develop the product catalog

●        Testing the upcoming products & sharing feedback on the same before their launch

●        Make sure their regional S.I’s have sufficient technical team members to do the right installation

●        Sharing necessary product technical information to the partners

●        Follow-up & Maintaining the Installation completion documents of regional partners projects

●        Responsible for defective verifications & replacement procedures

●        Encouraging & supporting the system integrator to develop 3rd party integration modules & tools

●        Being a member of joint representation technical meetings

●        Updating the S.I documents like Installation completion, Customer complaint doc, Design document,        Offer format, Drawing formats

●        Will be both On & Off-field (which means both Office & Field Environment)

●        Willing to travel/relocate based on the requirement

Skill(s) Required:

●      Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) with specialization in electrical/electronics

●      Prior experience in pre-sales, networking design, project management, and implementation is  desired

●      Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word, and PowerPoint, knowledge of OS & AutoCAD is desired

●      Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

●      Should have experience in handling customers, understanding product positioning and customer      requirements

●      Should be able to handle stretched deadlines.

●       People who dealt with installations of Internet service, IP networking, CCTV projects, security systems installations

●       Familiar with home automation technologies & protocols

●       Certifications of automation systems, networking are good to have
