Key Tasks
- Regular meetings with our Indian customers and Distributors
- Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile including key Decision makers and needs to WIN business
- Drive demand creation at Distributors to achieve annual revenue
- Work with Distributors to maximize pipeline and increase design win count and revenue
- Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely
- Work together with Power Integrations Technical Team to successfully achieve design-wins
- Manage monthly customer forecast and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Provide regular training to distribution branch offices
- Carry out market research and monitor competitor products
- Define available market and share of market by applications
- Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources / competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ department
Profile
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, another language would be advantageous
- It is a customer facing role and it requires 75% travelling across the region
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role
- Ability to build strong, influential relationships
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' work experiences with Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- More than 1 years sales experiences as Channel / Distribution Sales Engineer or Manager
- Extensive knowledge of the Electronics Components / Systems industry, Appliance, AC-DC & quick charger is preferred;
- English and local language proficiency;
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
