Job Description

 

  • Support and facilitate user onboarding and MDM for NA R&I users.
  • Facilitate onboarding, transfer, departure, and AD updates as needed.
  • Supports LOA and legal hold accounts exception in AD with ITG
  • Support OA PASS-related issues (ID completeness, duplicate IDs, data cleansing)
  • Monitor SNOW L3 and SWAT queues and facilitate the ticket assignment.
  • Facilitate SNOW request/incident escalation and resolution with the IT team from France, Service Desk, Client Services, and OA PASS team on AD, OA PASS, and R&I applications.
  • Facilitate distribution list and security group member updates for the NA R&I users.
  • Facilitate shared drive access (US & France R&I, and Corp)
  • Coordinates R&I applications access managed via MDM or w/o MDM.
  • Facilitate managing inactive users and PC accounts.
  • Support and escalation of local applications incidents: FIZZ, Kardex PPG, Empower, Bartender.
  • Manage lab notebook ordering, notebook check-in and check-out, and off-site storage and retrieval.
  • Support SWAT with provisioning of instrument and instrument software and updating the SNOW assets.
  • Provide support for any IT-related activities and issues when necessary.
