Key areas of responsibility include:
Build credibility and trust with customers and team members by understanding, prioritizing and escalating needs, conducting pro-active regular customer/site visits and providing regular documented communications regarding status of assets and equipment
Adopt, develop, educate, implement and socialize best practices with all levels of staff and management
This should include seeking out opportunities to increase capability, capacity and initiating and/or participating in process improvement initiatives
Manage company assets effectively in accordance with established processes while meeting required State and Federal regulatory requirements. Adhere to established training, quality, and safety requirements
Perform all administrative duties within established client and regulatory timeframes including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, service orders, preventative maintenance, installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork
Provide equipment planning and pre-purchase evaluations of new equipment to site and Clinical engineering management
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED Required, Associates Degree in Applied Science or related field preferred
Minimum of TWO years related experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be capable of trouble-shooting bio-medical devices and related equipment
Ability to interact with all levels of Health System personnel to include: management staff, consulting staff, clinicians, clinical administrators, etc
