Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Finacle Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Finacle 10.x and 11.x, as well as expertise in OpenStack development, Java, Unix, SQL, and PLSQL. Roles and Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

• Perform hands-on development and customization in Finacle 10.x and 11.x environments.
• Develop, test, and implement new functionalities and modules within the Finacle ecosystem.

OpenStack Development:

• Utilize OpenStack development skills to enhance and support banking applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable solutions.

Programming and Scripting:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java and Unix.
• Develop complex SQL and PLSQL queries to support application development and reporting needs.

System Integration:

• Work on integrating Finacle with other banking systems and third-party applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications.
• Optimize code and database queries for better performance and efficiency.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve application issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in Finacle development, with expertise in Finacle 10.x and 11.x.
• Strong knowledge of OpenStack development.
• Proficiency in Java, Unix, SQL, and PLSQL.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
