Job Summary: The Finance Business Analyst - Order to Cash will work with the user community to review, analyze, and define business requirements for the Order to Cash process. This includes documenting requirements, designing, configuring, and implementing capabilities to support business initiatives for SAP and other finance related processes and applications. The analyst will translate end-user business requirements into design, configuration, documentation, and testing of SAP and other finance related application solutions across multiple functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the user community to review, analyze, and define business requirements for the Order to Cash process
Document requirements, design, configure, and implement capabilities to support business initiatives for SAP and other finance related processes and applications
Translate end-user business requirements into design, configuration, documentation, and testing of SAP and other finance related application solutions across multiple functional groups
Understand best practice business processes to ensure compliance with internal processes
Provide risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions
Provide problem-solving and decision-making to resolve SAP systems issues
Support concurrent work assignments across applications and diverse user groups
Document requirements, configuration, and system support materials, including process workflows, functional and technical specifications, and training materials
Maintain and develop internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes
Support the software lifecycle of SAP enterprise software applications, such as implementation, configuration, post go-live support, and training
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, information technology, information systems security, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, which must include:
Determining and delivering against business requirements to meet project goals
SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience is preferred.
