Roles and responsibilities:
- Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
- Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions, full documentation of Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Delivery challans, E way bills, LR copies, Quotations etc.
- Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources, Preparing balance sheet, P&L etc.
- Filing GST Returns, TDS returns
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc. Make regular payments to vendors and have regular collections from Clients
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
- Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
- Assist in financial audits
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent
- Sharp eye for identifying irregularities
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
- Good verbal and written communication skills
