The Position:

The Accounting Analyst position has responsibility for a variety of specialized and complex record keeping duties associated with processing and analyzing accounting transactions; serves as a leader in the Accounting and Finance function, such as, accounts payable or receivables, reconciling cash, compilation of fiscal data, and preparation of financial reports. The position reports to the Controller. A new Accounting Analyst will join our organization at an exciting moment in its history, as it celebrates its success transforming all aspects of its work to meet the unmet needs of diseases that affect patients everywhere.

Experience:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting required.3-5 years’ experience in accounting preferred.

Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping and Document Management
Reporting – Internal reporting, external reporting and audit preparation
Accounts Payable / Receivable, invoicing, payment management, billing and collections.
Fixed asset reconciliation
Experience with NetSuite
Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies.
