Fineos Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION-

· Design, Develop and test Fineos applications

· Strong knowledge of Fineos Architecture and data model

· Proficient in Fineos programming languages (eg., FPL, FPK)

· Experience with Fineos integrations like web services and APIs

· Experience in working with Integrated Disability & Absence Management is mandatory

· Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

· Excellent technical leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring teams

· Familiarity with version control systems

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills 8-10 Yrs

· Provide technical leadership to the Fincos development team, setting the technical direction and ensuring best practices are followed

· Design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements

· Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvements

· Design, Develop and test Fineos applications

· Collaborate with business analysts to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards.

· Work with QA team to ensure that all applications are thoroughly tested.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

· Good communication and analytical skills
