Description

Strong experience in Leading and managing complex Industrial Automation project involving concepts such as PLC, SCADA, HMI and DCS.
-?Experience in leading team in defining Technical architecture using networking interfaces like Modbus, Foundation fieldbus and TCP/IP protocol
-?Good knowledge on making use of Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) networks (EtherNet, ControlNet & DeviceNet) and IO (Input Output) configurations.
-?Hands-on experience in writing C++ Application to prove the design concept to the team and drive it from there.
-?Hands-on experience in writing automated test cases using Python.
-?Experience in performing system design, testing, code review and improving performance issues.
-? Able to participate in Technical Design discussion and provide engineering inputs to solidify the Industrial Automation Product features.
-? Be able to study Technical Architecture and write specification around the software feature
-? Gather requirements from HLDD, create and prioritize feature stories, define acceptance tests
-? Create clearly detailed business requirements, use cases, functional specification documents and test cases to be used by the technical team to develop solutions
-? Experience in Implementing Quality Assurance activities to meet system requirements.
-? Handle testing, system performance, environmental and system troubleshooting.
-? Expert in Managing Engineering project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to internal and external project stakeholders
-? Be able to Prioritize and manage the project backlog, ongoing bug fixes and enhancement
-? Providing leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources and holding self and team accountable for results.
-? Ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope and to quality standards
