• Maintain software publisher licensing information for the assigned publishers i.e., both entitlements and deployments -Analyze software licensing agreements, create entitlements summary, and summarize use right information from software agreements
• Update software entitlement and agreement information into the SAM tool.
• Perform license reconciliation in SAM tool
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate deployment of software applications.
• Managing the administration of IT inventory, asset management, IT purchases and technical service contracts
• Organizing and analysis of purchase information to establish an accurate and complete summary of license entitlements in repository.
• Experience with Flexera Software Asset Management licensing tool to maintain license compliance and optimize licensing.
• Timely Interactions with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents in required forms and consistent with project objectives and deadlines.
• Regular reviews of IT assets and costs structures with business stakeholders including advice on licensing agreements and providing pricing for projects.
• Ensure appropriate parties are engaged on all new requests (i.e., Information Security Officers, Risk Management, Expense Management etc.)
• Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services, IT policies and procedures, frameworks, metrics for business.
• Assist in the development and execution of processes to support software compliance for regulatory, vendor audits, and internal auditing compliance efforts.
• Help the clients identify their position on license compliance across various Enterprise/Endpoints publishers
