Responsibilities
Learn and apply various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for IT roles
Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and employer relationships
Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and postings
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance recruitment strategies
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply
Interest in building a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for learning and applying new recruiting techniques
Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus
