Daily responsibilities:
Adhering to agile process at the beginning of a given 3 week sprint they get together as a team and discuss the tasks and deliverables, go over what can be accomplished in that 3 week sprint, and break down responsibilities accordingly.
This person will need to properly document their course of action, especially for net new work
Properly put a plan of action together for standard execution tasks like debugging for example.
Daily stand up meetings will be important.
Have releases or deployments for features every couple of weeks, expects team members to be present and engaged for those, especially for those team members who have specifically worked on that specific feature.
They will never just work on individual features against an action item list, but needs to constantly be thinking how this work impacts the org from a big picture standpoint, expects this person to think in this way from an architecture and solutions standpoint.
Top three required technical skills:
React (or angular) both would work
AWS experience - lambda, S3, API gateway, RDS - these are the big ones that anyone with AWS and, more importantly, comfortability navigating AWS libraries and processes should have familiarity with.
Ability to operate in a start-up type environment - Agile, SDLC, Scrum
Three Skills that that are nice to have:
High level of Communication is a must have - must be able to clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and written
Someone who shows Ownership, Learn and Be Curious mindset, Bias for Action, and ability to properly Dive Deep when it comes to the work they are doing and solutions the arrive to for any challenges faced.
