Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Front End Lead Developer to join our team in Fountain Valley, California. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and highly functional web applications. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap is essential, and prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Lead the front-end development team in creating responsive and user-friendly web applications and websites.
• HTML/CSS Mastery: Demonstrate expert knowledge of HTML and CSS to build web interfaces that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• JavaScript and jQuery: Utilize JavaScript and jQuery to enhance user interactions and create dynamic, efficient web applications.
• Bootstrap: Apply Bootstrap framework to create responsive and consistent user interfaces.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the front-end development team, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Coordination with Offshore Team: Manage a team of developers in India and coordinate effectively with morning and evening calls to ensure project alignment and progress tracking.
• Business User Interaction: Collaborate with business users, understand their requirements, and address their queries to ensure the development aligns with business goals.
• AEM Integration: Leverage knowledge or experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to integrate and manage content effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure high code quality through testing and debugging.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects.
• Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to implement the latest best practices in front-end development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or lead developer role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site in Fountain Valley, California, 3-4 days a week.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to coordinate with an offshore team in India, including morning and evening calls.
