Key Qualifications

Technical Expertise: 
Front End Development

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Experience with CSS frameworks like LESS and SASS, and responsive design using tools such as Bourbon and Twitter Bootstrap

Skilled in using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries like jQuery, Backbone.js, Ember.js, and D3

Experience with RESTful APIs and version control systems (Git, GitHub)

Project Experience

Minimum of four years in front end web development

At least two years developing and maintaining WordPress websites within the last four years

Experience with Google Analytics for tracking website performance

Familiarity with photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Design and Content Creation: 
Proficient in best practices for web content and design, including SEO, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and UX

Capable of creating and updating web layouts, microsites, and landing pages

Experience in creating mockups and presenting HTML and CSS prototypes to clients

Expertise in ensuring Section 508 and ADA compliance, with a current focus on adhering to new federal rules coming into effect

Additional Skills:
Strong writing and content creation abilities for web and print media

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Self-starter with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues independently

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively
