Role: Front Office Admin

Front Office Admin responsibilities include the following:

 

Management of the front desk.

 

Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.

 

Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.

 

Transferring calls to various departments.

 

Responsible for dispatching courier mail and keeping a record of them.

 

Coordination of ID and other visitor cards.

 

Distributing inward documents received.

 

Managing Timesheets

 

Responsible for payments of bills.

 

Handle all of the company's petty cash.

 

In charge of utilities and maintenance of the furniture.

 

Responsible for booking services for the company.

 

In charge of faxing documents to various locations in a timely manner.

 

Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests

 

In charge of all front desk operations.

 

Attending incoming and outgoing calls.

 

Requirements

 

Any bachelor's degree.

 

Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.

 

Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, faxing machine, etc.

 

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

 

Excellent communication, written, and people skills.

 

Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

 

Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.

 

Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
