Frontend Developer

. Analyze user experience problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.

2. Create user-centered designs by analyzing market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints and opportunities, and usability findings.

3. Create interaction workflows, wireframes, visual design mockups and prototypes to throughout the design process to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features.

4. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, information architecture, and design specifications, working closely with stakeholders and developers to see design through its deployment, and ensure optimum communication and consistent user experience across applications.

5. Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

6. Produce sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, and visual standards.

7. Work closely with product owners, web developers, programmers, and other designers to deliver high quality, scalable and on-brand graphic solutions, through delivery of iterative mockups and by establishing intuitive and elegant User Interfaces; and

8. Experience creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for large-scale, multi-tiered platforms using web design principles and technologies including wireframe applications, photoshop, Axure, HTML or prototyping tools.

9. Experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs.

10. Experience in: Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other prototyping software.
