We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (JAVA) with below skill set.

What we are looking for:

As a Full Stack Developer, his/her responsibilities shall be to develop entire middleware technology platform for all aspects of the loan process, viz., application, automated decision making, 3rd party financial and alternate data-source API integration, API integration with financial institutions and Agri Techs, loan lifecycle management, implement logics and its integration to build credit report, data-driven algorithms and other related activities including but not limited to;

• Collaborate with the founders and tech lead to develop use cases (or user stories) and specifications that describe the implementation of the company's services
• Build architecture of the core technology system,
• Fullstack Development to build the MVP, design the app architecture, and set up the infrastructure.
• Implement logics and its integration to build credit report
• Deciding the right strategy for end-to-end technology implementation
• Define and develop tech stacks and product roadmap
• Understanding the API integration pipeline with the core and on-time accurate project implementation
• Deciding on the suitable system configuration from a hardware view
• Conduct UATs and system checks, including quality assurance for the performance of the end-to-end system and achieve desired results as per Business requirement
• Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and servers. Adherence to RBI or other regulators, Financial Institutions guidelines on System Security

Person fit checklist:

• B.Tech with 2-3 years of fullstack development experience in building a platform/ product.
• Zeal to drive business and comfortable working in the early start-up ecosystem with basic resources.
• Should bring a decent understanding of one or more of the following sub-domains under financial services: lending/payments/insurance /platforms.
• Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.
• Experience in software architecture and API development, integrations and programming logics
• Should bring a good understanding of using open-source technologies while building applications.
  Demonstration of a potent blend of digital transformation, business, architectural and execution skills
• Passion for technology, ability to thrive in a start-up environment, proactive and hands-on in development and execution
• Excellent Communication Skills; and Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
