Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and studying existing documents and systems.
Analyze and interpret data to understand business needs and challenges.
Documentation
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project updates, requirements, and findings.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Work with stakeholders to define and implement efficient and effective business processes.
