Job Description 

  • At least 8 years of .NET development experience (C#) with at least 2 of those designing and implementing on Azure with experience of the following: App Service Functions Service Bus .NET Core Azure DevOps.
  • Helping to build and lead an effective, cross-functional squad practicing agile ways of working (Scrum, DevOps, Design Sprints) in tight collaboration with local and remote teams.
  • Making decisions about the appropriate use of the stack (including C#/.NET, Logic Apps, Service Fabric, DevOps, etc.) to deliver maintainable, extensible outcomes for our customers while avoiding technology proliferation.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that the solution identified is fully understood and supported by all stakeholders, aligned to the business need, is fit for purposes, and provides value for the investment made.
  • Team Leading Mentoring of junior developers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Azure Infrastructure Management: - Monitor and manage Azure infrastructure, including VMs, databases, and networking components. - Implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, scaling, and security.
  • Incident Response and Resolution: - Lead incident response efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly. - Implement incident management procedures and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Optimization: - Identify performance bottlenecks and work on optimizing Azure resources. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance.
  • Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and lead a team of Azure support engineers. - Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. - Good Onshore-Offshore Co-ordination
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: - Maintain documentation related to Azure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. - Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Compliance and Security: - Ensure Azure resources adhere to compliance and security standards. - Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems

Education

  • Engineering Degree - BE/BTech
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable.
