Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking two Senior Fullstack Engineers to join our San Francisco, CA-based team on a contract basis. The ideal candidates will have a track record of successfully owning multi-quarter engineering projects that deliver significant customer impact and will be passionate about building scalable solutions and creating memorable customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, test-driven environment, mentor junior engineers, and handle large scale refactors as well as performance and reliability improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-quarter projects to solve complex engineering problems and deliver measurable impact at scale.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions that address customer pain points.
• Mentor engineering team members to maximize their performance and impact.
• Maintain strong communication across engineering teams and with business stakeholders.
• Work on large scale refactors, tackling performance and reliability issues.

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experienced with GraphQL and MySQL.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Domain Experience:
Experience in software development is essential, with a minimum of 8+ years preferred. A background in developing for high-impact, scalable projects is highly desirable.
