Fullstack Lead Consultant

Team Management:

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the front-end team.
Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
Sets clear goals and expectations for the team.
Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback.
Fosters a collaborative and positive team culture.

Technical Leadership:

Designs and implements robust and scalable front-end architectures.
Stays up to date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
Conducts code reviews and ensures code quality.
Provides technical guidance and problem-solving support.
Defines and enforces front-end development standards and best practices.

Project Management:

Collaborates with product managers and designers to define product requirements.
Estimates project timelines and resource allocation.
Manages project priorities and ensures timely delivery.
Monitors project progress and addresses any roadblocks.
 

User Experience:

Ensures the development of user-centric and accessible front-end experiences.
Conducts user testing and gathers feedback.
Optimizes website performance and responsiveness.

Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicates with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and backend developers.
Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Presents project updates and technical solutions to team members and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
Expertise in Native Mobile development (Swift & Kotlin)
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
