Fullstack .NET Developer

SCOPE OF SERVICES The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the web application for the Civil Service Exam project.

RFQ Final Page 3 of 4 development, database management, and ensuring the application’s security and performance.

TASKS:

• Develop user interfaces with Angular and PrimeNG

• Implement server-side logic using .NET

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure application security and data protection.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

• 10+ years of Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Angular and .NET frameworks

• Proficiency in Angular-specific skills such as: o Understanding of Angular architecture and core concepts

o Experience with Angular CLI

o Familiarity with Angular’s RxJS and Observables

o Experience with Angular Forms (Template Driven & Reactive Forms)

• Experience with OAuth for authentication and authorization

• Experience with database technology such as SQL Server

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud services (Azure) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: N/A

• Ability to work on-site and handle multiple projects.

• Background check may be required.
