Must haves:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 10+ years of experience in a MS Dynamics 365 (Business Central) consultancy role, with a focus on retail implementations

Proven experience with Retail implementation and configuration 

Strong financial knowledge and understanding of retail-specific financial processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teams across geographies

Experience with localization requirements for diverse countries and fiscal regulations
