· Candidate should have 6+ years’ experience in Field Service Management Knowledge.

· Minimum of 2.5+ Years hands on FSM domain with Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobility, Mobile application, Administration, Resource Management, Service and Analytics; IoT, SCADA, Asset management.

· Should have in depth knowledge of the Field Force Management / Workforce Management domain along with Experience working with any cloud solution.

· High-level knowledge with the configuration of any FSM/WFM cloud products.

· Can independently interact with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite.

· At least 2 industries experience such as Telecom, Utility, Health care, Service industries, Insurance, Retail, Transport, Logistics, Consumers.

· Worked on at least 2-3 Implementation Projects.

· Proven experience in Requirement Gathering, Solutioning and hands on Configurations.

· Knowledge on any other FSM products like ClickSoftware, ServiceMax, KRONOS, Verint, Infor, OverIT, Field One, ServicePower, CoreSystems, Salesforce Field Service, Asset 360, Maximo Scheduler, Ventyx (Service Suite), Ellipse FSM, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, SAP Syclo, SAP Agentry, SAP Work Manager.

· Nice to have FSM Practitioner Certification / PSO Practitioner Certification.
