Tips: seeking an experience consultant as an SAP functional SME for SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)

Responsibilities

• SAP functional SME with ~ 8 to 15 years SAP experience having an SME level knowledge of a Primary process area and 4 to 5 years of domain experience

• Experience in SAP transformation deals with global scope, own end to end responsibility of respective track working with Architects.

• Candidate would be expected to independently work as an expert in SAP C4C area of SAP

• Extensive business process knowledge in areas such as Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales

• Experience in designing and implementing SAP CRM or SAP C4C solution

• Experience in SAP S/4 Integration with Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling
