Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies covering all aspects of functional testing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of functional testers.
• Oversee the execution of test cases for thorough functional testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Implement best practices in functional testing and contribute to process improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and testing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manual and functional testing, with a strong background in test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of testers.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, as well as a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
