Functional Test Lead

Job Description:
• Lead to certify system testing complete & ready for production - Considerable latitude.
• Create, modify, document, and execute test cases in accordance with system requirements - Complex/Difficult.
• Create, modify and/or locate the data and conditions needed to execute test cases - Complex/Difficult.
• Identify areas for improved testing processes - Considerable latitude.
• Modify, coordinate and schedule input to maintain the test environments - Basic/Routine.
• Report testing activity including time spent, testing time lost and discrepancies found - Basic/Routine.
• Serve as test lead on projects - Moderate scope.
• Ensure clear, concise and effective communication of material - Assist in leading.
• Serve as subject matter expert regarding business functions, systems, policies and/or procedures – Experienced.
• May assist with addressing employee inquiries or problem resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
