Job Title: GCP Data Engineer

Work Location: Irving ,TX

We are looking for a Data engineer with around 8 -10 years of experience who will be part of EDGP2 team EDP cloud modernization - Source data Migration project.

Required Skills

 

  • Cloud GCP : The candidate should be proficient in Google cloud services such as BigQuery, Data Proc, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, cloud composer etc.
  • Data engineering /Data Lake background : Data engineering skills including data pipeline development, data ingestion, processing, transformation, and data architecture ,Analytical Queries using SQL ,Hadoop ,Hive and ability to solve challenging analytical problem.
  • Programming languages: PySpark, Python, SQL
  • Database experience: Experience working with relational databases such as Teradata /Oracle and No SQL databases(preferred) as well such as Mango DB
  • Any ETL/ELT tool experience such as Informatica ,Unix Shell scripting

     

Preferred

 

  • Experience with cloud migration projects
  • Healthcare experience and domain knowledge
