GEN AI Developer

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence algorithms and models.
Conduct research to explore new AI techniques and methodologies.
Analyze and interpret data to extract actionable insights.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and trends.
Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development processes and practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience in developing AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and/or reinforcement learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
