Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for GenAI, focusing on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
Lay out comprehensive roadmaps for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
Lead the creation of cutting-edge prototypes to explore new algorithms, techniques, and open-source technologies.
Architect and optimize large-scale backend systems, prioritizing performance, scalability, and low latency.
Design and implement advanced algorithms, particularly in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic workflows.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performing code reviews and refactoring to enhance modularity and maintainability.
Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering teams and help them to translate prototypes into scalable solutions. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Collaborate with architects to secure design approvals and ensure cohesive system architecture.
Create compelling demos to showcase new features and innovations to stakeholders and potential customers.
Continuously monitor and review the latest research papers and publications in the field of Generative AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques into projects.
Advocate for and implement ethical AI practices, ensuring that AI solutions are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
Engage with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to drive interdisciplinary projects and innovations.
Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the performance of AI models in production, ensuring they meet the desired accuracy and efficiency standards.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in GPT for NLP, AI, ML algorithms for predictive analytics, cloud-to-cloud integrations, and GraphQL.
Experience with Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems, Agentic workflows, or open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex (Plus)
Strong skills in AWS, Azure, GCP, and designing scalable AI architectures.
Proven experience in building and optimizing large-scale GenAI systems with a focus on cutting edge innovation along with performance and scalability.
Comprehensive knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies such as Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT) for natural language processing (NPL), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for predictive analytics, seamless cloud-to-cloud integrations for scalable infrastructure, and GraphQL for efficient data queries and APIs.
Track record of developing and launching large scale deep learning solutions to solve real-world problems.
Possesses extensive expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Generative AI, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for exploring the latest advancements in these fields. Also well-versed in related technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks, with a keen interest in staying updated on cutting-edge innovations in AI.
Contributed to the broader technical community through tech talks, publications, open source projects, or other ways
Must have led teams of engineers to deliver autonomously on large multi-functionally driven projects
