Job Description:
Genesys 8.x, Genesys, Cloud (Iaas), Rabbit MQ
Having a good experience on Genesys 8.x components (Framework, SIP, GVP)
Troubleshooting issues withing Genesys On Premises environment including SIP and Network
Client knowledge will be added advantage
Design, Implementation and support of Genesys Cloud solutions, including the migration of Genesys On-Premises to cloud
CICD knowledge
Experience in building Genesys cloud IVR flows – Inbound, Email and chat
Core java or JS development skill will be added advantage
Experience in working with RabbitMQ or Kafka
